Denied domain transfer

  I am trying to transfer a purchased domain on wordpress.com to another hosting provider, I followed all the instructions here http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/#preparing-your-domain-for-transfer but at the last step, after inserting authorization code to the email sent me by the authority I get another email from my current provider saying that probably you refused the transfer.
  Can you please check if on your side there are problems and/or bad configuration about my url that prevent it to be moved?

  I do not see any pending domain transfers for solosapere.com.

  I have requested a new EPP code be emailed to you. From here, you will need to follow the directions below:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar
