  I need to know how to move a WordPress site from my local computer to my web host?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Without knowing exactly how you are setting it up, I cannot say for sure. But I have a feeling that what you are trying to do isn’t possible with WordPress.com.

  To clarify, are you saying that you have downloaded the WordPress software from WordPress.org and then worked on a site locally?
