Deploying the latest Russian translation of WordPress.com

Hello, I was wondering when the latest Russian translation of WordPress.com would be deployed? We have made quite a bit of progress over the past week, and over 1,000 strings now have approved translations. However, I don’t see the new translations on http://ru.wordpress.com/ – it would be nice to see them live!

Also, I wondered if GlotPress contains the latest and greatest strings for translation? The reason I am asking is that none of the “Features” (“The Features You’ll Love”) section’s strings appear in GlotPress yet. There is probably a very simple explanation for this that I don’t know yet.

Pending strings are usually deployed when they get to around 200, but I’ve seen that ru has a lot more. We are sorting a few things on the deploy system and I’ll deploy them asap.

The string you mention is part of a page’s content, hence not present in GlotPress. We already have versions of that page in a few other languages and are studying supporting a few more. No timeline yet, though.

Thank you for the explanations! I will look forward to the Russian deployment!
