Deploying two seperate WP installations on domain and vanity domain problems?

    Hi,

    I’ve created a WP site on a domain – http://www.xyz.com (example) – with a hosting company. I’ve also had a vanity domain created – abc.xyz.com – to host the same site in a different language (with several differences so not an exact mirror).

    The hosting service has it that files for vanity domain in a subdirectory under the main public_html directory of the main site. I copied all files from the main domain to the folder for the vanity domain so I can make the changes required from there.

    When I try log into the WP Admin page for the vanity domain I get redirected to the Admin dashboard for the main domain.

    Why is that and how do I fix it?
