  It would be awesome if the DePo Clean theme (http://powazek.com/posts/516) could be added for wordpress.com. Thanks!

  Staff prefers to get these requests as Feedbacks, with specific reasons why you like the theme and why you feel it’s superior to the themes on offer. Be as detailed as possible and that will help your chances of getting it accepted.

  Yup, and they posted over here to send it in as Rain noted. We’ve asked them to change that but…

  Here’s a tip. When you send your feedback into staff along with your reasons for requesting the theme it would be a good idea if you include a link to the theme you are requesting.
