DePo Masthead header

    I’m new to wordpress/have no idea how to customize with CSS. Is there a way to add more to the header below the blog title with a DePo Masthead theme? Mine right now just says Archive and RSS, and I would like to add more. Is there a way to do this without messing with the CSS?
