Depo Masthead keeping content within columns

    When i post a new blog entry it shifts all the previous entries over. Is here any way to keep each Columnist author fixed so that their entries stay with the same column so that column 1 is always “Life in Philadephia” Column 2 is “I know but why” and column 3 is Dialectical Materialst and each new entry stays within the appropriate column?
