Depo Square Theme Widgets

    Hi guys,

    I can’t seem to be able to change the default widgets in the Depo Square theme. I want to get rid of the Flickr widget and can’t seem to find out how. I’ve been to the widgets option but I still can’t find the solution. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this? I’ve checked through previous posts but can’t find an answer that fits

    If you have not yet added any widgets then what you are seeing is a sample set generated by the theme itself. Once you add a widget, the sample set will disappear. You will have to add a widget to each of the sidebars to clear out the sample widget. If you want them blank, then just put a blank text widget into the sidebar with no title.

    Usually you just put a widget in the sidebar and all the default widgets go away
