Deposits

    I made a test deposit for my site on the 8th of this month and it said it was estimated to land onto my connected business account on the 16th (7 days later) which I believe is because payments are subject to a 7 day hold. However it is now the 21st and it still hasn’t been deposited into my account AND it the status of the transaction still just says estimated 16th, which was 5 days ago now? What is going on/What do I need to do to solve this? Many thanks

    I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com. I’m also not seeing any record of any payment you have made to WordPress.com.

    Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
