  Hello! I would like to ask is there a way to desable coping text and photo. I use WordPress.com free version. Thank you in advance!

  Did you mean “disable copying” ?
  You could put a copyright notice on your site and watermark your images. But the only way to prevent people from copying your content is by not publishing it online at all. If you publish it on a public site, anyone who wants to is going to be able to copy it.
