    Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The Twenty Fifteen theme is a classic theme and does not support a sticky (fixed) navigation menu by default. In classic themes, this kind of functionality typically requires custom CSS or custom development, since it’s not built into the theme options.
Check this guide for adding CSS and the plans where this is allowed: https://wordpress.com/support/editing-css

If you switch to the block theme Twenty Twenty-Four you can create a sticky header following the steps from this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/style-site-header/#create-a-sticky-header

Let me know how it goes.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I switched to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme but it messed up everything and didn’t show me the ‘hamburger menu’ either.

When I first published the blog, without any action required, the ‘hamburger menu’ was always present. I understand this feature has disappeared from the Twenty Fifteen theme.

Do you know if I can file a complaint to have the feature reinstated?

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi there @jesusmariacarpinteromartinez,

I understand how messy things can get when switching from a classic theme like Twenty Fifteen to a block theme.

I took a look at the Twenty Fifteen theme, and the Overlay menu in the top right is a legacy widget. This function has been retired as it may not fully function with the latest updates. It can be activated through CSS, but this is not recommended as it can cause disruptions. The best course of action here is to update to a block theme.

To ensure that the changes go smoothly, I recommend checking this guide. It will show you how to test the new theme and adjust your settings afterward: Switch from a Classic Theme to a Block Theme

Once you switch to a block theme and have everything in order, you can follow the steps from this guide to activate the overlay menu hamburger: Menu List View and Create a menu.

Please try that and let us know how it goes!
