  ¿Cómo puedo descargar un tema que compre? No aparecen las herramientas en el menú para poder subirlas.

  You cannot use a theme from the internet on WordPress.COM. The only themes we can use are on your dashboard under appearance—>themes.

  There are different kinds of WordPress. You must pay to host your site using WordPress.ORG.
