Design and theme Magazine website

    hi,
I want my blog to look more like a magazine. I want to know the best theme that can be used. I want to be able to have posts (a set of articles) on the front page, which I will categorize as belonging to a particular issue.
Another issue: Currently I use apostrophe theme, I updated the CSS for changes in meta data display. I can see the changes in the preview but not in the website itself. I have bought the premium account.
    Thanks!
    Meera

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, Apostrophe is a Magazine style theme and you can find out more about setting it up on the Theme Showcase page.

We currently have 64 Magazine style themes you can choose from here at WordPress.com, 18 free, and 46 Premium.

You may wish to check out Gazette which will display up to 6 posts on the front page when tagged with the featured tag, and when that page is set to show your latest posts.

On the entry meta stuff, what are you wanting to hide? I’m not seeing any dates on your main page and no tags on your single post pages.

    Hi thesacredpath,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes I figured out the CSS code to hide the date after posting my query. Thanks for the suggestion about the magazine themes. I shall look into it.
    Regards,
    Meera
