  Hi there – hope this finds you well! I have two questions that I’d love your help with:

  1. I’m using a Masonry photo collage and I was wondering if there’s anyway to do a hover effect on the images?

  2. I will only need to have the website published until January, but when I go to pay it looks like I need to pay for the full 12 months. If I publish in December and then take the website down in January, will I be refunded for the 10 months I’m not live?

  There’s only a 30 day refund window here at WordPress.com (96 hours in the case of domains).

  On what post/page is this gallery, and what exactly do you mean by a hover effect?

  That is correct. All plans and domains can only be bought for a full year at a time. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations past the refund period.
