Hiya, there are multiple ways to sell things on WordPress.com, both for the Premium and Business Plan if you’re interested.
You can use Simple Payments, which require either the Premium or the Business Plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments/
Alternatively, if you have the Business Plan, you can install a custom plugin to sell things, with the most popular being WooCommerce. The Business Plan also has access to the Store feature: https://en.support.wordpress.com/store/
Every plan can use PayPal though: https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

Uploading videos directly to your website requires the Premium or Business Plan, as that comes with VideoPress. https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/
