  If you have a Paid upgrade you can contact Support Directly, you can look into the ways of Get Help at WordPress
  If you have a free plan yet, you can just post the question here, volunteers or staff will revert you back. Just make sure you post the URL you are looking for help with and elaborate the issue as much, so someone could assist you better.
