Design questions for theme Exford
-
Hello!
I am new to the blogging scene and editing/coding has never been my strong suit.
I really like the Exford theme and have a few questions about what I can do with it and how to do so…First of all, is It possible to make the header image smaller? it’s huge! I’m on a 13inch screen so maybe it isn’t that big but I don’t want it to fill the entire screen.
Secondly, when adding more blog posts is it possible to have some in a row, lets say three squares rather than one large one scrolling down?
Hopefully, this makes sense and I’m posting in the correct place, apologies if not. Thanks for reading! :)

Hi there,
First of all, is It possible to make the header image smaller? it’s huge! I’m on a 13inch screen so maybe it isn’t that big but I don’t want it to fill the entire screen.
By “smaller” do you mean make it less wide, or less tall? If you want to control the height, there is a setting on the right to to set the height in pixels for example. You can see what I see at this link: https://d.pr/i/QFR3uE
Secondly, when adding more blog posts is it possible to have some in a row, lets say three squares rather than one large one scrolling down?
Yes, if you edit the Blog page, and click on the Blog Posts block, you will see there is a “grid” setting you can use instead of the list view. https://d.pr/i/LOZQGJ
Once you choose the grid option, you will see a setting on the right to allow you to specify how many columns you want, the default is 3.
Hopefully, this makes sense and I’m posting in the correct place, apologies if not.
