design tab missing

  My brother-in-law’s dashboard has design and manage tabs, so I know what they should look like. I don’t have them. What do I need to do?

  YOu’re using WP.com. It no longer has a Design tab: Appearance is on your Dashboard, in the left-hand sidebar.
