  I can’t download the design tools when I click on “customize”… It worked at the beginning, but now it doesn’t anymore… Any suggestion ?

  You can’t download them at all: they’re hosted in the cloud. Do you mean you want to save your customizations? Do you have the Custom Design upgrade?

  Thanx very much for your answer. Here’s the thing : on the top left of the blog page, when you go on the name of the blog, you got a drop-down menu, right ? Where you have dashboard, edit, etc, and customize. When I used to click on the latter, a sidebar on the right of the screen was opening, offering me several option to personalize my blog. But now, when I do it, the sidebar opens alright, but it doesn’t display anything anymore, except : “Loading design tools…” I just don’t understand why it was available for a while, then not anymore. Do I have to pay for something now ? Sorry, but I’m a total beginner in the blog world…

  Well, yes. It was only ever a PREVIEW of what you could do if you bought the Custom Design upgrade. I don’t know why it wouldn’t be loading, though. What browser and version are you using?

  Forget “customize” and use the other sections of your dashboard. See this post of mine:

  I’m using Firefox, the 25.0.1 version. I’m gonna check that post. It’s gonna be very helpful, I’m pretty sure. Can’t wait to start my blog, but there’s so many things to figure out at first (I mean, to do it properly)… Anyway, thank you very much for the help.
