  Why won’t the design tools load. I have asked this several time and you STILL have not sorted this out.

  I cannot load the design tools on either of my blogs. This means I cannot get started on the second one.
  I was thinking of of purchasing an upgrade but seeing as this is now the second time of asking and I STILL have not received an answer I am considering going to another blog hosting service.

  It looks like Paul responded to your previous thread, but you didn’t reply back here:

  I was able to load the Customizer (Appearance -> Customize) on your site nicmillerstales.com without any trouble. When you try to use the same link, can you let me know what happens on the web page (i.e. The page never loads, I see a spinner, but not content, My browser crashes, etc).
