Design Tools Loading Freezing

  Hi

  When I go to “Appearance” then “customize” for my blog, the design tools page on the right hand side of the page freezes and doesn’t load properly.

  Can anyone help me figure out how I can get it to work?

  Hi Paul – Could you please try clearing your browser cache?

  If that doesn’t fix it, can you please try it in Chrome to see if you have the same problem? That’d help us narrow down whether it’s an issue with your Firefox browser specifically or something else.

  Thanks so much for replying eurello.

  I did clear my cache before but that never worked.
  So I tried using safari and it is working now.

  Any idea why it wouldn’t work on firefox. I mean I can always just use safari but it would be good to know.

  Hi there – I’m not sure, because it works for me in Firefox (version 25). Do you use any browser add-ons or extensions with Firefox, like a pop-up or ad blocker? Try disabling them all and see if it works then.
