Design tools won't load – 3 straight days..
-
I click to customize the theme i have and it brings up the tab on the right of the page saying “loading design tools” and never loads. It has been doing this for 3 days, i tried it on Chrome and Safari, on mac and PC and it wont work. This is really really annoying as I can’t alter the front of the page which looks awful because it crapped out while I was mid-way through changing it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

re: error message:
Nothing Found
Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related post.By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. Read the differences between Pages and Posts.

When using the theme customizer please be sure you are using one of the browsers and versions found here http://browsehappy.com and also be sure you have enabled third party cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
Did you purchase a cusom design upgrade?
No changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header and Theme Options which are stated on the theme description pages for each theme will be visible to visitors unless you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade?

I understand how pages/posts work what I’m saying is the spot to customize won’t load and let me choose what to display on the front page. You included a link to browsers but I clearly stated I used BOTH safari and chrome in BOTH a mac and a PC – nothing works – I’ve had cookies enabled the entire time and am very much web saavy – this is a problem on the wordpress end, not my computer(s) – it worked fine 3 days ago and then just stopped working.

Yes, it’s a problem on WP’s end, but TT also pointed out that you don’t need the customizer. See here for more:

There’s no need to use the theme customizer for this. Please be sure you fully understand the differences between Pages and Posts. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
The front page of the blog by default will display your posts (not pages) in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top. If you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create a static front page called for example “Welcome” for your site and a “Blog” page for posts.
To do that create two pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ After you do that you go to > Settings > Reading and make the designation change and click “save changes”.
