Design Upgrade and switching themes.

  Do I have to pay for the Design Upgrade if I switch themes? I realize that switching themes will wash out any CSS changes I’ve made but I just want to make sure I can still switch themes and have the Design Upgrade to use.

  No, the upgrade is for your blog, which ever theme it’s wearing.

  No, but the CSS changes you made for one theme may not apply to another. A wise person would save the changes in a text program before deleting them. You can then start all over with a different theme, but if you decide to go back to the first one you can simply paste your former changes onto the style sheet.
