Design your Own Theme button gone and WordPress support not answering.

Would anyone know where to find the ‘Design Your Own’ button for designing your own theme? It is no longer in the upper right corner of the Themes where it should be according to the latest WordPress Help Center instructions.
I have contacted support, but similar to many other customers, I haven’t received a reply despite the promise of fast support. I have a Premium Plan.
Thus, any help on where to find that button nowadays would be much appreciated.

It sounds like this might be a browser issue. Have you tried logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will also log you out of all sites you are logged into) and then shutting down, and reopening your browser? Alternatively, try using an incognito or private browser window. Sometimes browser add-ons, like ad blockers, can interfere with dashboard components loading.
If that doesn’t solve it for you, please let us know what browser and OS you’re using as well as your WordPress.com website address.

Also, the Design Your Own option should appear as a graphic and button if you scroll down (sometimes quite a bit) in your site’s Themes dashboard.
