Designated content providers

    I’m looking to create a site, but to allow certain people (designated by me) to update only some content of some pages, but not others. i.e. These designates could alter the main body text, but not headers, footers, or the ‘look & feel’ of ‘their’ pages only. These people are volunteers, and as such, may change from year to year.

    Is there a recommended way to do the above in WordPress? Is there a better title to use for these people? ‘Sub-Curators’?

    I do not see a exact match for your situation, but the above should give you a framework for making your decisions.
