Designer went out of business

The business that built our website recently closed and we used to login with the address: http://www.acupuncturephx.com/wp-admin/ and use ADMIN as our logon and a unique password. When our site went down, the business never informed us and now we do not have access. Could I find out if any possiblity to get our website back? I contacted the better business bureau in Arizona about this problem, but they said it could be months before we can get an answer from the owners who built our site. We are willing to pay a service fee as well if we could get our website back up if this is possible. Please let
