designing for a business and using commerce

  I need to redesign a website and would like to use a simular structure to http://www.odette-e-odile.jp/pickup/index.html.

  I am having real trouble finding a good commerce program to use. I have been told you can make them on here but have had no luck.
  I wonder if you can help?

  WordPress.com is not an appropriate place for an ecommerce site. You should get independent hosting and use WordPress software. You can learn about that at http://wordpress.org
