    Hi, I am designing an eCommerce website with the ability to let my customers insert their own designs on the items they buy, like a picture of their dog on a T-shirt or a mug with quotes and stuff. So how can I do this using WordPress?

    Hi there,

    For this you’d first need an ecommerce plugin like WooCommerce to add the basic ecommerce functionality to your site. But then you’ll also need additional add-ons to allow customers to customize the products they’re ordering. For WooCommerce you can use this, for example:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/

    Note that using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Business or eCommerce plan. Those plans don’t include any premium add-ons like the Product Add-ons plugin sold on WooCommerce.com – you’d need to buy that from them directly.
