  What is the procedure to cancel my subscription?

  Please be sure you’re logged into the account that owns the upgrade. Then click on your profile (this is usually in the upper right) and click Purchases. You can cancel from there.

  @hvacquiz, I was able to check on your account and I can see it was not only canceled and refunded, but was also recently deleted. If you need more help, let us know.
