Desktop Blog Publishing Platforms for Mac

  We just got a Mac Desktop computer after having virus issues on our last 2 computers so we decided that it was time for a change. On my HP I used Windows Live Writer. I was wandering if anyone knows what other Desktop blog publishing platforms are available for Mac, preferably free? I want to stay away from Windows cause I would prefer not to use any kind of Windows products or services at this time.

  I just use Mac Pages, it is probably available already on your computer.
