Desktop + Mobile options not showing on mobile devices

  I am using Elementor Pro and the Astra theme. When I build a new page, the header is transparent on desktop and looks fine, but it looks weird on mobile because the header is still white across. I went to customize > header > transparent header > enable on desktop + mobile. How can I fix this problem? Everything is up to date as of September 21, 2020.
