  My desktop shortcut to WordPress no longer works and I have been unable to figure out how to update or fix it.

  Can you tell us:
  1. whether you are using a Mac or Windows machine ?
  2. what browser are you using – Safari, Chrome, Firefox ?
  3. the wordpress site you want to connect to ?
