Desktop Version 5.1.0 Home screen
-
I just updated the Desktop version to build 5.1.0 and the main body of the new My Home screen is empty. Prior to the update, there were shortcut blocks on the main body of My Home screen which have now gone. I uninstalled 5.1.0, rebooted my laptop, and downloaded a new copy from GitHub, but the main body of is still empty.
What should I do?

I have had to revert back to version 5.0.1. Will continue with 5.0.1 until this is fixed

Hi there,
I just updated the macOS app on my end as well without issue. What OS version are you currently using on your computer?
-
Thanks for the reply. I’m using Windows 10. The 5.0.1 version works fine. On 5.1.0 the Quick Links on My Home are missing.

Hm, would you be able to provide us with a screenshot of what exactly do you see on the newest version of the app?
You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:

The screenshot is here (I hope)

Hi there,
I was able to replicate this on my end and I have reported it to our developers. I’ll update you here when I hear back from them.

Yeah, you’re not :D It looks like they’ve spotted the issue.
Would you like to try the suggested work around here?

For a site where I was missing Quick Links in the desktop app, I went to the web and dismissed that card.
They’ll still work on a fix, but I think that’ll be faster for you.
