Desktop version is fine but mobile version is not(disabled Jetpack Mobile Theme)

  Both desktop and mobile versions were working fine until lately not sure what went wrong whereby the alignments for mobile version was all messed up.
  Disabled Jetpack Mobile Version after going thru the forum comments, even deactivated Jetpack but to no avail.
  Under Theme customization where we can view desktop/tablet/mobile versions of the site, mobile version looks exactly as bad as it is on the mobile, but tablet and desktop versions are good.
  Any idea why is this happening and how to solve it? thankssss!

  Hi @kokkieh, thanks for your comment.
  I’ve seen several threads about users enabling Mobile Theme from Jetpack and therefore having similar problem for mobile version.

  But I am actually unsure if this problem stems from Jetpack. Now I’ve totally removed Jetpack plugin but the problem still persists.. any idea what could the actual cause be if it’s unrelated to Jetpack?

  Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we really have no control over any aspect of your site. You’re using a completely different version of the WordPress software, and on your version it can be anything from a plugin, to the theme, to a piece of custom code causing the problem.

  If the mobile version of your theme itself is not working, that’s something the theme’s developer will need to fix, so best to contact them in that case. Else you can try the self-hosted WordPress forums. The users there might have experience with this issue and will be better able to help you troubleshoot it:

  Ahhh…thanks for pointing that out! Totally forgotten I’m hosting it on Google Cloud. Yeah i guess it’s probably something wrong with the theme, i’ve switched to another theme and it looks okay.
