Please contact me at, need help! Reguarding upgrading, no money to do so, trying to make money for a fatal health condition and bedridden with 38 conditions:( this is my last and only hope of getting the money I need to see specialists! Would love wordpress to be part of helping save my life!

There is no upgrading without payment. I am also terminal and would not dream of asking for what does not exist nor would I ever use my health as a manipulative attention seeking tool. Seek out a therapist now!
