Desperate help needed

Please can you help me? I originally created my website with the domain autisticness.com. At some point I also connected this to Bluehost. After many problems with Bluehost I deleted my account with them. I have also since deleted my website from WordPress also and am trying to get my domain name transferred to Wix. However, This has proved impossible. Bluehost say it is locked via Automattic.inc and they say it is locked via WordPress.com. As a result, I can’t seem to do anything to solve this problem and can’t even get an EPP authorisation code.
There must be something you can do to help me as I am pulling my hair out and wishing I’d never started this whole project! Please can you help?

So here’s what I am seeing…
autisticness.com was registered with WordPress.com at one point. But then the domain was canceled (along with the site plan) by the WordPress.com user account that owned it. And then that WordPress.com user chose to permanently delete their user account as well.
This is why you are having trouble. Only the owner of a domain registration can get a transfer code and once canceled, a domain cannot be transferred anywhere because it no longer exists.
There is a grace period after canceling where the registry will allow the domain to be uncancelled, but I’m afraid that timeframe has passed for autisticness.com. It is currently awaiting deletion from the registry list, this usually takes a week or so. And once it happens, the domain will be available to register through Wix or any other domain registrar you wish to use.

Yes, that’s what I understood too, but surely if WordPress had released the domain name it should be showing as available to buy elsewhere by now – It has been several weeks.
Are you telling me that you can see it is still in the process of being deleted from the registry list? Bluehost still seem to have the domain registered there (despite me spending a long time on the phone to them, which was extremely unhelpful.) But Bluehost insist that the domain is still registered via Automattic Inc. who insist I can only delete it via WordPress.
As you can see, I’m going round and round in circles.

It can typically take up to a month for a canceled domain to return to the public market.
