Desperately trying to leave godaddy.

I have seven websites built and hosted here on wordpress via another login. When I started with this new company, they have godaddy hosting a managed wordpress website which seems ridiculous to me. How can I move over to simply having my site here on wordpress? Tried the phone number to make this easier but it’s a recording that hangs up on you.

Hi there, WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. All support communication is written, even those on the Business and eCommerce plans.
If you want to move your managed WP site to WordPress.com, it’s likely you’ll need either of those upgrades to be able to use plugins, custom themes, and have full ecommerce ability. We have a guide to each of those plans here>
