Destination already exist problem

  Hello,
  I am getting ‘Destination already exist’ problem. Please advice how I can fix this problem. I tried downloading FileZilla but don’t know my FTP account for quinnswater.com.

  Hi there,

  The quinntran1111 account you’re using to post here is not the owner, nor even a user on that site, so you won’t have access to the FTP credentials for that site.

  Log out of this account, and log back in as the WordPress.com account you used to create that site. Then you can find your FTP credentials at Settings ->Hosting Configuration in the dashboard:

  Alternatively, once you’re logged into the correct account, you will be able to reach live chat support for help at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
