Destination folder already exists

  I’m trying to install Elementor and the installation fails because it says that the destination folder already exists. I tried going to the already installed plugins to uninstall it but it doesn’t show up there. Can somebody please help me?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
