  I’m trying to install a plug in but I keep getting this message: Destination folder already exists.

  Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

  If this is a self-hosted WordPress site, you would need to contact the hosting provider to see if they can remove any duplicate directories.
