Can you explain the terms of service issue?

  Hi

  We had lately some posts with thousands of views but none of them become a WordPress destak post. Example of such a post: http://aventar.eu/2011/05/04/memorando-da-troika-em-portugues

  We placed a question in the Portuguese forum and we had a reply saying that the problem wasn’t a technical one but it was related with an alert concerning the terms of service.

  This is absolutely unexpected for us. Could you please tell us exactly where does the problem lies?
