Detach an image and re-attach it

  How can I detach an image from a blog post and re-attach it to another?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  An image is attached to whatever post you’ve uploaded it to.

  If you want to display that image in another post, you don’t have to unattach it first. Just insert in the other post as as usual.

  If you don’t want it to appear in the post it was uploaded to, just don’t insert it there, i.e. delete it from that post.

  Thanks for the reply. I am doing this anyway. But, I had an “unattached” image which I wanted to attach to the corresponding one. By mistake, I attached it to the wrong image. I want to correct this. Since the attachment functionality is there, I think it is OK for me to want to properly link (via attachment) images and posts. It is not a matter of functionality, it is a matter of house cleanup and book keeping :)
