  I appreciate the stats page on wordpress. however, i will like more details like which country my visitors are from, unique hits, what operating system etc. how can i get this on wordpress.com? thanks

  You can use something like statcounter or sitemeter, but you might want to wait for about a week and see what the extent of the new stats features here will be. Staff is going to roll out some new stats stuff, and from reports they are doing the testing right now, so perhaps by the middle of next week we will see some brand new shiny features.

  thanks- i didn’t know we can edit the template. where sld i place the sitemeter htmls?

  You can’t edit the theme files, but the HTML code from sitemeter or statcounter can be placed in a text widget and it works just fine.

  Can I have a statcounter on my blog?
