Details of changes that should be done with the DNS

    Hi there

    I would like to link my account donaldnkomo.wordpress.com to my domain donaldnkomo.co.za. the guys at Afrihost who have assisted me in hosting my domain would like to details of changes that should be done with the DNS. Would you be able to assist me?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi, you’ll want to look at the domain mapping support page.

    1. Make sure you’ve purchased domain mapping from your domains page.

    2. Ask your domain provider to update your DNS settings

    This step must be completed with the company you purchased your domain from. You can contact the support department at your domain registrar for help if necessary. If you are not sure what to say, here is a sample email you can send:

    I would like to use my domain with a WordPress.com site. In order to do this, I need to point my domain’s name servers to the following:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
