  Hi, I sometimes get email requests from other site owners dealing with related topics who want their websites listed on my blog.
  Please let me know the wordpress policy on such affiliations.
  How can I list/refer other blog details on mine ??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you referring to Blogroll links described here?

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/

  If so, you can definitely place Blogroll links in your sidebar to link to other blogs you read and enjoy.

  However, if you’re referring to affiliate links, wherein other blogs pay you to place a button, image, or link in your sidebar, that is currently not allowed on WordPress.com.
