Determining our WP plan

  How do I determine which Word Press plan our site is using? A third party initially set up our site, and I don’t have any record of our plan.

  i’ve looked into “My Site”, but didn’t see any of the transaction history, i assume because i am not the original creator.

  This does not look like the site you are referring to. Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  It looks like ctrhequinetherapy.org is a self-hosted WordPress site with Liquidweb, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
