This site appears to be empty https://babybrighteyesblog.wordpress.com/
What is the URL starting with htt:// of the site you refer to?
-
Is this another username account you created? https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/babybrighteyes It matches theURL of the site so log out of the paintmeupgolden account, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache, clear your cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies, and login under the correct username account.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.
https://babybrighteyesblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

When i was trying to change my site address i did it incorrectly and it didnt transfer all of my blogs like i thought it would. So i deleted the new site address, but apparently when i deleted the new one (made me type in new blog name to confirm deletion) it deleted all of my blogs. I thought it would keep them on the old one!
Does that make sense? I am not sure if i am explaining this well :(

Hi @paintmeupgolden.
Blog deletions are usually permanent and we have a general policy against restoring. We only restore deleted blogs in rare circumstances.
I can tell that your blog contained some valuable content and that you wouldn’t have deleted if you were aware of our policy. I’ve therefore followed up with you via email to discuss ways that we could have made that clearer and to see how I can help.
Can you please respond via email? Thank you!
