  Is it possible to hire WordPress.com staff, on a current user, to design an online newspaper Web site?

  You probably want to be at WordPress.org, where they will be able to help you better. WordPress.com for instance doesn’t allow advertising on blogs; WordPress.org does. Also, we are limited in the amount of redesign we are able to do here.

  Officially no. Posting of job offers is actually terms for being banned around here but since you asked first instead of just doing it, it’s fine.

  Best bet would be the wp-pro mailing list although that’s quickly becoming overloaded with such requests.
