Developer Ghosted- can’t get admin access on account

  Long story – but we have been ghosted by our developer, and I am stuck on “editor” status to our website. We are a rural emergency hospital and are needing admin access to the account to meet a CMS requirement- urgently. We are currently on a free account, and the domain is paid for by us – registered through GoDaddy which I can provide proof of.

  What options do I have to recover my account?

  What site are you talking about as  sckhealth.wordpress.com has never been launched?
