Developer transferred domain now website gone

    I had a developer create my website cleancutclearing.com. I used to log in to to our website at /wp-admin but that login doesn’t work now. The site went down bc hosting suspended. He finally transferred the domain to me but now, the entire site is gone and I can’t login the same way I used to. Can WordPress help me with getting site restored or my login back? Will do whatever is needed but I need direction.

    Your site at cleancutclearing.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by GoDaddy. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Since you had an existing site at the domain, please contact GoDaddy support for help with this. Because your site was not hosted by us, we aren’t able to get the site restored. You’ll need to contact GoDaddy who was hosting the site. They may still have the site on their servers and they can help you with logging in to the site.
